Exploration & Site Preparation
We begin by identifying gold-rich areas using geological surveys and local expertise. Once a potential site is confirmed, we prepare it for mining while observing environmental and safety guidelines.
Gold Mining (Extraction)
Our gold is extracted using artisanal and small-scale mining methods, often with basic tools and manual labor. In some cases, we use mechanized equipment to improve efficiency while keeping operations eco-friendly and safe for workers.
Ore Collection & Crushing
The gold-bearing rocks (ore) are collected and crushed into smaller pieces using crushers or hammers. This allows the gold particles to be separated more easily in the next stages.
Grinding & Milling
The crushed ore is further ground into fine powder using grinding machines or ball mills. This fine material is now ready for the gold separation process.
Gold Separation & Recovery
We use a combination of traditional and modern techniques to extract gold from the ore, including:
Gravity Separation: Gold is separated from other minerals due to its weight using pans, sluices, or shaking tables.
Mercury Amalgamation (for small-scale mines): Mercury binds with gold to form an amalgam, which is then heated to separate the pure gold. (Note: We are working towards safer, mercury-free alternatives.)
Cyanidation (for large batches): In some cases, gold is dissolved using a cyanide solution and then recovered using carbon or zinc precipitation.
Smelting
The recovered gold is then melted at high temperatures in a furnace to remove impurities. This results in gold bars or nuggets of high purity. Fluxes (like borax) may be added to help separate the gold from other materials during this process.
Refining
To meet international standards, the gold undergoes further refining to reach 99.5% to 99.99% purity, making it suitable for export and final sale. Refining may be done in-house or by trusted partners certified for global trade.
Assaying & Certification
Each batch of gold is tested (assayed) to verify its purity and weight. We provide full certification and documentation for our clients, ensuring transparency and trust.
Secure Packaging & Shipping
Once the gold is verified and approved, it is securely packaged and prepared for delivery. We arrange safe and insured international shipping through trusted logistics companies, ensuring the gold reaches the buyer in perfect condition.
